Terms of Service for Cerberus IT

Welcome to Cerberus IT (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our app integrated with Instagram feeds (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and such changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. User Accounts
To use the App, you must log in through your Instagram account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Instagram login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Use of the App
You may use the App to display your Instagram feed on your website. You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You will not:
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, Instagram’s services, or any associated systems or networks.
• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App or its components.
4. User-Generated Content
By using the App, you grant us the right to access and display the content shared on your Instagram account, including posts, images, captions, and videos. You retain ownership of your content, but by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the App’s services.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect data from your Instagram account to power the App’s functionality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.
6. Payment and Fees
The use of the App may be subject to fees based on the subscription plan you select. You agree to pay any applicable fees for using the App. Payments will be billed on a recurring basis, and you will be notified of any changes to fees in advance.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, or abusive. Upon termination, your access to the App and its features will be disabled, and you may lose access to your content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerberus IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cerberus IT, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
