The Full Story
In what is turning out to be just another Tuesday in IT, a critical SharePoint Server remote code execution flaw designated CVE-2026-50522 is under active exploitation following a public PoC release. This lovely situation plagued poor admins relying on Microsoft SharePoint Server who foolishly hoped July's Patch Tuesday updates would grant them peace. Racing to patch this third exploited SharePoint flaw before attackers take over is supposed to offer protection, as if we have nothing better to do.
