Threat actors are currently enjoying unauthorized access to ServiceNow instances, as if the service was designed for their convenience rather than our business. It seems everyone relying on this platform is now part of an involuntary security experiment. Protecting ourselves involves the tedious chore of reviewing configurations and hoping the provider actually fixed the flaw, though we all know that expecting a permanent solution is the hallmark of a fool.
