Google confirmed that ShinyHunters exploited an Oracle PeopleSoft zero-day before it was mitigated. Naturally, Oracle has kept quiet about any active exploitation in the wild.

We have Google to thank for pointing out that the ShinyHunters group has been actively abusing an Oracle PeopleSoft zero-day in the wild. Oracle quietly mitigated this CVE-2026-35273 headache without actually admitting that anyone was actively getting battered by it. To keep our own systems safe from these silent predators, we must apply Oracle's mitigation and hope for the best. Transparency in enterprise software remains a beautiful, distant dream.
