In a shocking twist that absolutely no one in IT could have foreseen, market research firm Klue discovered that paying one set of extortionists to delete data does not stop a second group of digital scavengers from threatening their customers. This mess affected the poor souls at Klue and their unfortunate customers who are now being squeezed by a brand new threat actor.
