Here we go again, as North Korean hackers known as Jade Sleet reportedly infiltrated a smaller Indian IT services provider. The attackers planted their delightfully named FLATROOF and ROOFDECK backdoors without breaking a sweat, proving once more that smaller supply chain targets exist purely to be compromised. Naturally, no specific guidance was provided on how anyone is meant to protect themselves from this backdoor invasion, leaving the affected technology sector to merely sit and suffer.
