Severity: High Mood: Frustrating

Here we go again, watching the Cling botnet casually abuse a 2021 Realtek Jungle SDK flaw because nobody can be bothered to update firmware. Routers and DVR devices across various vendor lines are the lucky recipients of this utter nuisance, which cleverly uses STUN traffic to mask its denial-of-service tasks. If we actually fancy protecting ourselves from this endless rerun, we might start by patching CVE-2021-35394 and scrutinising NAT-traversal operations before lunch. Just another Tuesday in IT.
