The Full Story
Same story different day, as thousands of FBI agents discovered their sensitive records were breached thanks to an executive who supposedly negotiated with ShinyHunters rather than aiding them. Why do we even bother hiring external incident response firms if they reportedly fraternise with the enemy? Guarding against such treachery requires auditing third-party partners and strictly limiting vendor access to sensitive personnel records, though blind faith in outside consultants will probably remain our preferred defence.
