Just another Tuesday in IT, as anyone running Ubiquiti UniFi Protect AI Key versions 2.2.6 or earlier gets treated to lovely access control flaws and an 8.1 command injection nightmare. Because leaving smart devices alone would be far too civilised, sysadmins must now drop everything and roll out the version 2.2.8 firmware upgrade before someone else takes the wheel. Why do we even bother pretending our weekends belong to us when there are always fresh security bulletins waiting to be deployed?
